Africa Food Systems Forum

The AFS Forum 2026 Summit Launch marks the official kickoff of preparations for the upcoming Africa Food Systems Forum. This special event will bring together policymakers, development partners, private sector leaders, researchers, and innovators to introduce the vision and priorities for the 2026 summit.

Under the theme “Investing in Africa’s Agri-Food Systems: Nourishing Nations, Growing Jobs, Building Resilience,” the launch will highlight the importance of strategic investments that strengthen food systems, drive economic growth, and enhance resilience across the continent. Participants will gain insights into the summit agenda, key focus areas, and opportunities for collaboration to accelerate sustainable agricultural transformation in Africa.

Held at Kigali Convention Centre (KCC), Kigali, Rwanda, the event will serve as a platform to mobilize stakeholders and build momentum toward impactful discussions and partnerships for Africa’s food systems future.
