How to Register

Visit the Registration Portal

Go to my.afs-forum.org and click Register. Select your preferred language from 6 options.

Create Your Account

Enter your email and choose a password. Your account persists across Forum editions — returning delegates sign in.

Complete Your Profile

Fill in identity, organisation and professional details. Upload a copy of your ID document (PDF, JPEG or PNG, max 5MB).

Choose Your Pass Type

Select Resident (RWF 190,000) or Non-Resident (USD $400). Invoice details are pre-filled from your profile.

Pay & Receive Your Badge

Complete payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mobile Money or Visa/Mastercard. QR code badge arrives by email immediately.

FAQ

Registration Questions

Yes, but only via the Secretariat. Contact registration@afs-forum.org with the original delegate's name and the replacement's details. Transfers are permitted up to two weeks before the summit start date.

Cancellations more than 30 days before the Forum receive a full refund. Within 30–14 days, a 50% refund. No refunds within 14 days — though transfers remain possible.

Rwanda offers visa on arrival for citizens of most African countries and many other nations. Once registered, download a personalised invitation letter from your dashboard at my.afs-forum.org to support your visa application. See the Venue & Travel page for full details.

The fee covers all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, the Forum exhibition, networking events, coffee/tea breaks and the opening reception. Accommodation, travel and the Gala Dinner for non-invited delegates are not included.
